Refund Policy

At Rudolph Athletic Conditioning and Kinesis, we are committed to providing our clients with excellent service and a seamless experience. Please carefully review our refund and cancellation policies:

1. Notification of Cancellation:
   Clients are required to notify us at least 12 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide such notice will result in an inconvenience fee.
2. Inconvenience Fee:
   A minimum fee of $20 will be charged for clients who do not notify us at least 12 hours before their appointment. The fee may be higher depending on the appointment type and circumstances.
3. Insurance and Licensing:
   Rudolph Athletic Conditioning and Kinesis is fully insured and licensed through the State of West Virginia, ensuring that our services meet all regulatory standards for safety and quality.
